Momofuku brings David Chang’s influential style of contemporary Asian dining to the region, known for bold flavours, inventive cooking, and a relaxed yet energetic dining atmosphere.
A collaboration between Momofuku, Chinese Palace Group and Anthem Hospitality will bring the venue to life in the capital.
This new restaurant will be the second location of the group's Momofuku restaurant, which has become an international destination in Las Vegas for its beloved Buns, Noodles and Family Style dishes like the Bo Ssäm and Five Spice Roasted Duck. The menu in the new Abu Dhabi location will feature several much-loved signatures of the Momofuku restaurants, along with new dishes inspired by the region's flavours.
